Vendors & Activities Include:
For 11 years, costumed, fast or slow and fun-loving teams have joined us for the Eggless Relay, a goofy competition that has been held on Bike to Work Day in east Boulder. Now, by bringing it to Twenty Ninth Street – after work – we’re planning for more teams and laughs. In this contest of wills and coordination, each participant balances an egg on a spoon, held from their mouth, through an obstacle course. Compete for multiple awards, including “Champions” (1st place) to earn the honor to pass the coveted Eggless Trophy among team members for the entire year; “A Crack Behind” (2nd place); “Yolks on You” (last place); and “Spirit”, earned by the team with the best costumes. Check out pictures from 2012.
To compete, you must have four team members, including three cyclists and one speed walker. Join the fun and sign up now!
A good community event is not complete without dedicated volunteers to make it successful. To show our appreciation, we'll give volunteers thank-you bags full of goodies from our sponsors.
